Lipitor (orlistat) is a lipase inhibitor used to treat obesity. A clinical trial conducted in Bangladesh in 1999 found that liraglutide (Saxenda) was associated with weight gain and even fat accumulation. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning about the risk of liraglutide abuse and weight gain after the study, but not the risk of liraglutide abuse or weight gain in the first trimester of pregnancy.

However, liraglutide (Saxenda) is a registered trademark of Novartis Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of generic drugs, and has not been found to be associated with pregnancy risk.

Liraglutide (Saxenda) is a registered trademark of Novartis Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of generic drugs, and has not been found to be associated with pregnancy risk.

The study found that orlistat users had a significant increase in the risk of liraglutide abuse, weight gain, and even weight loss, when compared to those who did not use orlistat (i.e., those with no use of orlistat or those who did not use orlistat). The risk of these conditions was increased in the group who had a BMI of 27 or more and who were not using orlistat or who had a BMI of at least 30. For those who had a BMI of 27 or more and who were not using orlistat or who had a BMI of at least 30, the risk of liraglutide abuse, weight gain, and even weight loss increased by 22.5 percent and 29.1 percent, respectively. The risk of liraglutide abuse and weight gain in the first trimester of pregnancy was more than that in the third trimester of pregnancy.

This study also found that orlistat users had a significant increase in the risk of liraglutide abuse, weight gain, and even weight loss, when compared to those who did not use orlistat.

The authors of the study concluded that the use of orlistat in pregnant women who are trying to conceive should be strictly monitored by a healthcare professional, because of the risk of liraglutide abuse, weight gain, and even weight loss.

In addition, the study found that liraglutide use, and its abuse and weight gain, was associated with the risk of liraglutide abuse, and that orlistat users who use this medication in pregnancy were more likely to be overweight and obese. The risks of this condition should be carefully weighed.

In addition, the authors of the study concluded that the use of liraglutide in pregnant women with a BMI of 30 or more did not appear to pose an increased risk of pregnancy complications. The risk of pregnancy complications was increased in the group who had a BMI of 30 or more, compared to those who had a BMI of 30 or more, when compared to those who had a BMI of 27 or more.
